Step 1. Connect to Syneto Central (https://central.syneto.eu/)

Step 2. Click on Forgot password?

Step 3. Enter the e-mail address previously registered in Syneto Central and click on Send

If the e-mail address is not registered, the system will return the following error:

"Failed to send password reset instructions. Cannot find user with email: <your_email_address>

Step 4. If the procedure was successful, a notification will appear in green in the bottom right corner

Step 5. Access your mailbox, open the e-mail received from Syneto Central and click on the reset link

Step 6. Type your new password twice and click Send

Step 7. Login with your e-mail address and the new password

Step 8. Perform MFA (Multi-factor authentication) reset
