Prerequisites
To ensure optimal performance, the following system requirements must be met:
– Memory: SynetoOS requires a minimum of 32 GB of dedicated RAM.
– Storage: At least 20% of the total storage capacity must remain free.

- The Boot Optimized Storage Card (B540i-2i) is the storage and boot environment for both VMware ESXi and SynetoOS.
- SynetoOS supports a dedicated boot environment, consisting of a boot controller and two SSDs/NVMes in RAID.
- The boot environment is mandatory for VMware ESXi and optional for Syneto Hyperion.
