Via Appliance

Step 1. Check the label on the top of the Syneto appliance

Via GUI

Step 1. Login to SynetoOS GUI

Step 2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner

Step 3. Click on About

Step 4. The screen will display the serial number

Via CLI

Step 1. Connect to SynetoOS appliance via SSH as admin

ssh admin@<your_ip_address_or_hostname>

Step 2. Remove bash_profile

rm ~admin/.bash_profile

After running the command, you need to perform logout and login again.

Step 3. Become Super User

sudo su

Step 4. Show information

config fir show
