Ensure the following prerequisites are met before starting:

– Working Internet connection
– Available IP address to be assigned to SynetoOS

Step 1. Login to SynetoOS GUI (replace <your_ip_address_or_hostname> with the correct ip/hostname)

Step 2. Click Start

Step 3. Accept end user license agreement and click on Next

Step 4. Configure Hostname and click on Next

Step 5. Configure Network and click on Next

Step 6. Configure date and time and click on Next

Step 7. Set a password for SynetoOS Management VM and click on Next

Step 8. SynetoOS 6 will verify that all required outbound ports are correctly open. Once the check is complete, click Next to continue

Step 9 (optional). Check for updates (if available) and install them

Step 10. Click Finish to complete the installation process

Step 11. Wait for the system to finish installing

Step 12. Wait for the system to automatically restart

IMPORTANT 
SynetoOS 6 RC1 (5497) does not automatically redirect after completing the Quick Setup.
Please open a new browser tab, access the SynetoOS UI manually and wait for it to become available.
