Syneto provides specialized after-sales services to its entire partner network and end-users through an internal department called Operations.
The Operations department, today managed by Alessandro Scarafile (VP Operations), is structured with 3 internal teams (Delivery, Support, Solutions), completely dedicated to specific tasks to best support the activities of its customers.
Delivery team
Syneto Delivery team, supervised by Olivia Cotiuşca (Operations Supervisor), ensures the functioning of the entire company supply chain, supporting customers on activities such as new orders, spare parts, shippings, activation of additional services (such as H24 Vouchers) and scheduling of on-site technical activities.
The team includes Cătălina Maftian and Daniela Badea (both Supply Chain Specialists), who - together with Olivia - operate from Syneto Romania.

Support team
Syneto Support team, led by Riccardo Proti (Technical Support Leader), provides post-sales technical support on all Syneto installations covered by an active maintenance plan, supporting customers in the daily use of Syneto solutions.
The team includes Giuseppe Altieri, Cristina Toccaceli, Giovanni Fosco, Sara Lo Giudice and Alberto Mendoza (all Technical Support Specialists), who - together with Riccardo - operate from Syneto Italy.
The Support team can be contacted via Helpdesk, via e-mail at the address "support@syneto.eu”, or at the numbers +39 030 5537125 (for Italian market) and +34 910 783 319 (for Spain market) from Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00).
Customers with a Mission Critical plan can contact Syneto support 24/7, via Helpdesk, e-mail or the toll-free number provided to them during the subscription phase.
Solutions team
Syneto Solutions team, run by Christian Castagna (Technical Solutions Coordinator), provides post-sales low level technical analysis and remote L3 support for Syneto installations covered by an active maintenance plan and operates from Syneto Italy.
The Solutions team is automatically involved by the Support team during the careful analysis of support requests.
