Step 1. Login to SynetoOS GUI

Step 2. From Storage menu, click on Volumes

Step 3. Click on Create volume

Step 4. Fill in all fields, then click on Create

• Name: name of the datastore.
• Mount on: used to select the ESXi/Hyperion system where the datastore will be mounted (if multiple hypervisors are available).
• Pool: used to select the pool on which the datastore will be created (if multiple pools are available).
• Storage network: network through which the datastore will be shared.
