How to Enable Remote Support in SynetoOS 6

Step 1. Login to SynetoOS GUI

Step 2. Click on the question mark in the top right-hand corner

Step 3. Enable Remote support

Step 1. Connect to SynetoOS appliance via SSH as admin

ssh admin@<your_ip_address_or_hostname>

Step 2. Become Super User

sudo su

Step 3. Enable Remote Support

config support enable

If necessary, disable and re-enable remote support.
config support disable
config support enable
