Step 1. Login to Cove GUI

Step 2. Select the Customer

Step 3. From Continuity menu, click on Recovery locations

Step 4. Click on Add recovery location

It is necessary to select the customer for which the recovery location will be added.
The recovery location will be added exclusively to the selected customer.

Step 5. Select the hypervisor type, then click Download

Step 6. Install the Recovery Service Installer on a VM that has network connectivity to the hypervisor

IMPORTANT
It is mandatory to run the installation as Administrator on the Windows VM.
It is mandatory not to change the name of the downloaded Recovery Service Installer.
The VM can be another virtual machine residing on the same hypervisor where the recovery will be performed.
