Step 1. Login to Cove GUI

Step 2. From Backup menu, click on Backup dashboard, then on All devices

Step 3. Select the Customer

Step 4. Click on Columns

Step 5. Type “physicality” in the search field, select Physicality from the results, and then click Save

Step 6. Check whether the VM is classified as Virtual or Physical

If it appears as Physical but it is actually Virtual, please contact us and provide proof that it is virtual. We will then update the classification.
The change will take effect starting from the month following your request.
