Step 1. Login to Cove GUI

Step 2. From Backup menu, click on Profiles

Step 3. Select the protection profile where folders should be excluded

Step 4. Click on Files & Folder

• Files & Folders (Workstations): VMs running client operating systems (e.g. Windows 10, Ubuntu Desktop, etc.)
• Files & Folders (Servers): VMs running server operating systems (e.g. Windows Server, Ubuntu Server, etc.)

Step 5. Add the folders to be excluded under Filters and exclusions, then click on Save
