Meet the prerequisites
Starting from January 2025, the migration from SynetoOS 4 to SynetoOS 5 requires the completion of 2 prerequisites:
- Successfully completed a training course ( Migration from OS4 to OS5 Certification )
- Obtained a specific migration code ( Migration Voucher )
If you do not meet both of these prerequisites, we suggest you to contact your Syneto representative for more information.
Open a new support ticket
If the prerequisites are met, you can open a ticket through the Syneto Support portal, indicating:
- Serial number of the system to be migrated
- Migration Voucher code (in the format ZGJ3-0QTY-00FO-0S0F)
Basic migration
Syneto offers two migration services: Basic and Advanced.
If you have received one or more Basic vouchers, the support ticket will be used exclusively to enable the migration for the serial number(s) of the system(s) you want to migrate.
Basic vouchers do not entitle to receive remote support for migration activities, which must be carried out independently by the customer.
Advanced migration
If you have received one or more Advanced vouchers, the support ticket will be used not only to enable migration for the serial number(s) of the system(s) you want to migrate, but also to remotely support the customer in all migration activities, ensuring their successful completion.
