Step 1. Connect to SynetoOS appliance via SSH as admin
ssh admin@<your_ip_address_or_hostname>
Step 2. Remove bash_profile
rm ~admin/.bash_profile
After running the command, you need to perform logout and login again.
Step 3. Become Super User
sudo su
Step 4. Disable Remote Support
config support disable
Step 5. Enable Remote Support
config support enable
If the procedure to disable and re-enable remote support does not solve the problem, it is recommended to check the network settings (DNS, gateway).
If these are correct, you need to verify that all the ports needed for SynetoOS 4 are opened correctly.
