Step 1. Connect to SynetoOS appliance via SSH as admin

ssh admin@<your_ip_address_or_hostname>

Step 2. Run this command

sh /usr/share/syneto-edge/repo/consolidate-vm.sh

Step 3. When asked for the IP of Syneto OS 5 press ENTER (do not enter any IP)

Step 4. Select from the menu Display all snapshots

NOTE

All locked snapshots on ESXi created by SynetoOS 5 will be visible.
The last column ("By SynetoOS") indicates snapshots created by SynetoOS.

Step 5. Press key 5

Step 6. Specify the name of the virtual machine on which to delete snapshots

Step 7. Confirm the operation with yes and wait for it to end (then press key 0)

NOTE

If it's necessary to delete other snapshots from other virtual machines, perform steps from 4 to 7.
