In some specific cases, it may happen that after restarting the entire system, the icon ❗"invalid" appears in red next to the name of the VMs.

This article explains how to properly restore the affected VMs using a temporary workaround.
 

Step 1. Create a new VM ("How to create a virtual machine in SynetoOS 5")

Step 2. Wait for all “invalid” VMs to return to their normal state

Step 3. Power on all powered off VMs

Step 4. Remove the VM created in Step 1 ("How to delete a virtual machine in SynetoOS 5")
