How to Solve Aurora Service Connectivity Missing in SynetoOS 5

Step 1. Connect to SynetoOS appliance via SSH as admin

ssh admin@<your_ip_address_or_hostname>

 

Step 2. Get root privileges

sudo su -

 

Step 3. List Pods and Statuses

kubectl get pods -A

EXAMPLE OUTPUT

To be operational, the value in the Ready column for each pod must be a fraction equal to 1 (e.g. 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, 4/4, 5/5).
If a different status is detected, it means the pod did not start properly.

 

Step 4. Start Aurora service

Edit Aurora

k edit deploy/aurora

Delete all StartupProbe information

Save and Exit

:wq

After internet connectivity is re-established, Aurora service will try to automatically repair the POD.
