All Syneto support plans are entitled to require the optional activation of the Cloud Gate service, to be able to perform a copy of your data in the cloud.

The service, called Cloud Gate Powered by Cove Data Protection and based on N-able's Cove platform, operates by installing an agent directly on the VMs and provides advanced features that allow you to:

✔️ Install the backup agent directly on VMs;
✔️ Protect, browse, and restore data from an intuitive dashboard;
✔️ Self-organize and manage your end customers;
