H24 Support Vouchers

Syneto offers special support codes called H24 Support Vouchers.

Each of these codes entitles you to receive remote assistance for 1 (one) support case in Mission Critical mode (24/7), for software issues only.

That means, if you need technical support outside office hours or on holidays, you can use one of these codes to receive immediate assistance.
 



IMPORTANT
To properly use a 24/7 voucher and ensure you receive assistance as quickly as possible, please ensure you provide the voucher code immediately when opening the case (via the support portal or by email). Failure to provide the code when opening the case may prevent the request from being processed correctly in Mission Critical mode.
