Hardware maintenance for Syneto-supplied servers is included in all support plans and provides assistance with hardware issues (such as CPU, controller, RAM and hard drives), including the provision of a temporary backup server(1), for special operations such as data migration.

SuperPro and Mission Critical plans also include the possibility to request a direct intervention on-site(2) by certified technicians, with all spare components.

For more information on delivery times for hardware replacements, see the article “Hardware Maintenance Delivery Times (HMDT)”.

(1) The temporary server can remain at customer's site for up to a maximum of 30 days. After this period, in the event of failure to return it and in the absence of any other agreements, additional costs may be applied.

(2) The timing for on-site interventions refers only to RMA requests (not DOA), subject to hardware availability, in the absence of problems related to force majeure, slowdowns due to third-party suppliers (e.g. transport) and in any case not under the direct control of Syneto. For the Italian market only, SuperPro plans can benefit from on-site interventions in NBD (Next Business Day) mode, while Mission Critical within 4 hours from intervention confirmation by Syneto Customer Support.
