Operations and replacements

A performing IT infrastructure must be able to combine efficient software solutions with solid and durable hardware equipment, ensuring high levels of uptime and proper maintenance.

Attention and care provided to your hardware allows to extend the life time of the equipment and safeguard its investments.

Even the best equipment requires maintenance over time and that's why the best infrastructures work thanks to quick fixing, preventing the interruption of the provided services.

A special maintenance is included in all support plans, providing assistance on hardware issues (such as CPU, controller, RAM and hard drives), including the provisioning of a temporary backup server(1), for special operations such as data migration.

SuperPro and Mission Critical plans also include the possibility to request a direct intervention on-site(2) by certified technicians, with all spare components.

(1) The temporary server can remain at customer's site for up to a maximum of 30 days. After this period, in the event of failure to return it and in the absence of any other agreements, additional costs may be applied.

(2) The timing for on-site interventions refers only to RMA requests (not DOA), subject to hardware availability, in the absence of problems related to force majeure, slowdowns due to third-party suppliers (e.g. transport) and in any case not under the direct control of Syneto. For the Italian market only, SuperPro plans can benefit from on-site interventions in NBD (Next Business Day) mode, while Mission Critical within 4 hours from intervention confirmation by Syneto Customer Support.
