SerenITy is a pro-active service created by Syneto for constant monitoring of systems and sending automatic alerts to Syneto Customer Support.

The service, included in the SuperPro and Mission Critical plans, generates and sends automatic alerts through a constant analysis of system's logs, to accelerate the analysis and resolution process.

SerenITy customers receive manual communications from Customer Support for “Critical” events (damaged disks and disk space running out) and automatic communications through the dashboard or via email for “Warning” events (failed replicas).
